Educated in Ohio, Davor Rom attended Anderson High School in Cincinnati where he maintained a consistent presence on the honor roll and excelled as an athlete. In addition to playing on the varsity basketball team, he received all-city and all-state awards on the soccer field, scoring more goals than any other Division 1 player in the greater Cincinnati metro area during his senior year. Davor Rom graduated from high school in 2000 and subsequently earned his bachelor of business administration with a minor in psychology from Ohio University in Athens.

Over the course of his entrepreneurial career, Davor Rom has developed deals and built relationships to capitalize on a range of profitable business ventures. He has served as president of Assets Unlimited since founding this residential real estate firm in 2008. From its headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida, Assets Unlimited primarily focuses on the acquisition, development, and sale of distressed properties in the residential sector.
